1. Shipping Eligibility & Coverage

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international freight forwarders. All orders must be shipped to a physical residential or commercial address where someone can receive and sign for the package (if required).
2. Order Processing Time
Before your order ships, we need to process and prepare it for delivery. Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). This includes verifying your payment details, checking product stock, and packaging your Vitamix blender securely to prevent damage during transit.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 24 business hours of your purchase. We will provide an estimated restock date and offer you the option to wait for the item to be restocked or cancel the out-of-stock portion of your order for a full refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the delay or issue with delivery is caused by our error (e.g., shipping to the wrong address due to our mistake) or the package arrives damaged.
