1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Product Condition: The Vitamix blender must be in unused, unopened, and original condition (including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards). Products that have been used, damaged, or modified (beyond normal inspection) will not be eligible for a full refund—we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the product’s condition.

  2. Return the Product: Ship the eligible product back to us using the provided label. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit—Vitaomix is not responsible for damage that occurs while returning the product.
  3. Warehouse Inspection: Once we receive the returned item (typically within 3–5 business days of shipment), our warehouse team will inspect it to confirm it meets the refund eligibility criteria.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

  • Approval Notification: If the inspection confirms eligibility, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been approved.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal, debit card). We cannot process refunds to alternative payment methods unless required by law.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account after approval. However, the exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (some may take up to 10 business days to process the credit).
  • Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the product’s purchase price. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong product, defective item) or a shipping delay caused by Vitaomix.

4. Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products

If your Vitamix blender arrives defective, damaged, or malfunctions within the official Vitamix warranty period (see product pages for warranty terms), we offer two options:

  1. Full Refund: Follow the steps in Section 2 to return the defective/damaged product, and we will process a full refund (including original shipping costs, if applicable).
  2. Warranty Replacement: Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement blender (of the same model) under the Vitamix warranty. Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which typically involves verifying the defect and arranging for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

  • Canceled After Shipment: If you cancel your order after it has been shipped but before delivery, you must refuse delivery of the package and notify us at [email protected]. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a full refund (minus any return shipping costs incurred by Vitaomix).
  • Pre-Orders: For pre-ordered Vitamix products, you may cancel your order at any time before the product is released and shipped. We will process a full refund within 2 business days of cancellation.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” (clearance, discounted, or limited-edition items explicitly labeled as non-refundable).
  • Accessories or parts that have been used, lost, or damaged due to customer error (e.g., broken blender blades from improper use).
  • Shipping costs for returns initiated due to customer preference (e.g., “changed mind” or “ordered the wrong model”).
  • Gift cards purchased through Vitaomix (gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law).
